SHIPPING POLICY

HOW DOES OUR SHIPPING WORK?

At Vp Studioss we ship the next business day after order is received unless running preorder drops. Timing on the shipping is responsible depending on what type of shipping was chosen during checkout. As soon as orders are received by vendors (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, etc), it is out of our control. Shipping usually takes 2-5 days on domestic orders and international shipping depends on the circumstances of shipping. Preorder shipping takes 2-3 weeks for production and shipping then 1 week for processing & shipping to receive.

ISSUES WITH SHIPPING AND MISSING ORDERS FAQ 

1. If an issue occurs with shipping, V Productionss cannot do much for you unless it is a fault of ours. All shipping issues can be discussed by contacting Vp Studioss at v.productionn1@gmail.com or on Instagram @v.productionss would like to remind that shipping issues can easily be resolved by emailing to come to a resolution.
